Bought a new cx5 Akera 2 years ago, ~ $50k. The key fob is arguably one of the worst genuine car fobs on the market. Its only a small detail but the design behind it is poor. Drops off of the key chain constantly, Mazda Paradise wanted in excess of $400 for a new one. Will have to resort to an aftermarket...

I booked my daughters car in for a 20k service. Along with some warranty issues. Booked in at 1pm and picked up at 5.30pm. Service was completed satisfactorily. No light bulbs in stock to replace interior light. I would assume they would carry globes. Not able to rectify a seatbelt issue as they didn't have time to determine wether it was customer at fault or genuine warranty claim. Seatbelts aren't important obviously No time to do a carplay update as needed. We had spoken to them about this prior to booking. " Sounds like you will need an update" You will have to rebook was the response later when it wasn't completed. Well we did rebook at Mt Barker Mazda on our next service. Everything rectified in 2.5 hours with a smile.
